ROLLAND SAFE & LOCK COMPANY NAMED AS A NATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR INSTAKEY

DALLAS, TX - Today Rolland Safe & Lock Company announced its distribution launch for InstaKey, a proprietary rekeying system that saves customers time and money by allowing end users to rekey facilities without the need for a locksmith and the purchase of additional cores. The InstaKey system also offers customers the unique capability of monitoring its key record maintenance online. InstaKey has the only software system of this kind available nationwide.

"We are very pleased to be able to partner with InstaKey and to be of service to their accounts while expanding our own menu of security solutions to our customers nationwide," commented Keith McCuen, Rolland Safe & Lock Company's Operations Officer. "The InstaKey system provides an economical solution for our clients who have a need to rekey with some frequency due to employee turnover or who are in situations where rekeying on a regular basis provides an added layer of security for a company's operation." Rolland is one of only seven distributors of the InstaKey System nationwide with offices in Texas and Louisiana.

InstaKey was originally founded under the name Shield in 1975 performing traditional locksmith trade services in the Denver, Colorado area. With the onset in the 1980's, the company expanded its security expertise as it waded into the electronics field, then specializing in large card access control systems, CCTV, and alarms for its growing commercial client base. DAVID DOLESE NAMED SALES MANAGER OF ROLLAND SAFE & LOCK COMPANY'S LOUISIANA OFFICE

DALLAS - Security solutions provider Rolland Safe & Lock Company today announced David Dolese as its new Sales Manager of its New Orleans office in Metairie. Dolese comes to Rolland after four years as Channel Sales Manager for Cooper Industries' MEDC product line.

"I am excited to be part of one of the fastest growing security solutions companies in the industry," stated Dolese. "It is my intention to help expand Rolland's outreach not only in Louisiana, but also across the region, while managing the sales operations of the New Orleans office.

"I feel my Gulf Coast sales and management experience in sales and support operations throughout the region will allow me to help expand Rolland's reach," added Dolese. "I look forward to helping Rolland broaden it's coastal base while maintaining the high standard of service that Rolland has provided over it's more than one hundred year history in the New Orleans area."

Dolese brings more than twenty-five years of sales and management experience to Rolland's New Orleans office. Before joining Rolland, Dolese was responsible for managing sales and support for Cooper's MEDC line of products, including all of the U.S. and Canada. Dolese' responsibilities extended beyond sales management and included marketing and training responsibilities.

Prior to Dolese's position at Cooper as a Channel Sales Manager, Dolese was the company's District Manager between 1999 and 2007 for its Pneumatic Power Tools division. Dolese then managed both direct and distribution sales and support for industrial air tools and motors throughout the Gulf Coast region including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. During that time, Dolese achieved five consecutive years of 100%+ sales goals, receiving the "Ironman" award in 2005.

"His broad knowledge of the region, his ability to understand technical details, and his long management and regional sales experience will be an asset we've long needed in the New Orleans office."

Dolese makes his home in nearby Destrehan with wife Debbie and his son Jordan. He is a native New Orleanian and is a member of the New Orleans/Baton Rouge Electrical League. Some of Dolese's community work includes the Knights of Columbus and the Louisiana Special Olympics.
